T.R.S Company was founded on April 1, 1981, and aims to manufacture spring-related machinery (spring coiling machine, spring end grinder, automatic wire feeder and related equipment) for vehicles. For 40 years, we have worked hard to achieve customer satisfaction and treat the market as our life to meet customization needs.
The spring coilers are two-axis, three-axis, five-axis (Windows system), eight-axis and nine-axis (intelligent computer control) with wire capacity is from ∮0.8㎜ to ∮65.0㎜ , and all are computer controlled.
The spring end grinder with a wire capacity is from ∮0.4㎜~∮65.0㎜, and the spring length is 4.0㎜~700㎜. These grinders are computer controlled (can do automatic compensation) and can be cooperated with spring coilers to be an automated production line. The quality and production are easy to handle and dramatically improve efficiency.
