Established
in April 1, 1981, TRS was registered as TRS Automation Co., Ltd.
The main service items are spring equipments for vehicles, such
as spring machines, spring end grinding machines , automatic wire
decoiler and peripherals. Our Coiling Machine mainly use for produce
wire diameter between 0.8mm to 50.0mm, include 2 axes,
3 axes, 4 axes and 5 axes with built in CNC computerized control
system to fully support various requirements of
our customers.
The
wire capacity of spring end grinding machines is from ¡í0.4¢P ~¡í50.0¢P
and the length of the spring from 4.0¢P ~700¢P with numerical control
(automatic compensate) and the cooling systems including air-cooling
and water-cooling types. This item can be combined with spring machines
and become the automatic flowing production line, which controls
the quality and quantity and largely increases efficiency of products.
